Bradley Joslove heads the New Technologies department and co-manages the Commercial Law Department.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Bradley Joslove started his career with the Washington, D.C. office of Baker & McKenzie, before joining the Parisian firm Salès Vincent & Associés in 1989, where he became a partner in 1994.
A partner with Franklin since 2000, Bradley Joslove is a widely acknowledged legal expert in the field of new technologies, and more specifically in IT, telecommunications and Internet law, in which he advises service providers, including some of the leaders in the business, as well as their French and foreign corporate customers.
Drawing on his professional expertise in these sectors, he has developed a leading practice in the field of national and international outsourcing transactions, concerning in particular telecommunications and IT resources (fixed and mobile telephony, private virtual networks, call centers, intranets, facilities management, databases), and advises major telecommunications operators as well as corporate groups using their services.
Bradley Joslove is a frequent lecturer on information technology and telecommunications law in French and foreign conferences, and is the author of numerous articles published in the specialized press.
