Alexandre Marque co-manages the firm’s Corporate Department with Yam Atallah and Mark Richardson.

Mr. Marque began his professional career with the First Boston Bank followed by the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, before joining the firm Salès Vincent Georges & Associés in 1987 where he became a partner in 1993.

A partner with Franklin since 2000, Mr. Marque’s practice has focused on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and strategic commercial alliances. Mr. Marque represents French and international corporations, investment funds and financial institutions.

He draws on his extensive experience in the practice of securities law and stock exchange regulations to advise clients on takeover bids, public offerings and private investments.

Mr. Marque has also represented the French State, State-owned entities and private investors in complex privatizations.

He is a frequent lecturer on topical issues related to his practice areas.
