Mark Richardson co-manages the Corporate Department of the firm with Yam Atallah and Alexandre Marque.
Mr. Richardson joined Franklin as a partner in 2002. After beginning his career in London, he began practicing French law in 1989 and became a partner at Archibald Andersen in 1997. Mr. Richardson’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, restructurings, securities law matters and corporate governance.
He has been extensively involved in the representation of a variety of publicly quoted and private corporations and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border transactions. Mr. Richardson also advises boards of directors, board committees and management on negotiated and contested transactions as well as on corporate disclosure and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Richardson lectures and participates in panels on corporate governance, corporate disclosure and a variety of topical issues related to the cross-border transaction process.
