Litigation and arbitration constitute a significant part of the firm's practice. Franklin provides a comprehensive range of litigation services including strategy determination, preparation of arguments, representation before administrative, judicial or arbitral courts and tribunals. Importantly, the Department also advises its clients on solutions to prevent or settle disputes. Yann Colin heads the Litigation Department, whose clients include French and foreign enterprises, the State, public sector companies and, occasionally, individuals.
