Franklin has been recognized by the 2008 French Legal &Finance Awards as a top deals law firm in France for mid market private equity (LBO) and M&A transactions.

About the Awards
The juries, made up of leading General Counsels, investment bankers and private equity managers arrived at their decisions based on a review of transactions completed by each candidate law firm.  The awards were presented at a gala dinner on Thursday 12th June in Paris.  Franklin was voted best LBO Mid-Market French Law Firm and received a silver medal for the Best M&A Mid-Market French Law Firm.  Each of the Awards received were for mid-market deals having a transaction value of up to € 1 billion.
