Céline Maironi-Persin is a member of the Firm’s Corporate/M&A practice which is led by Yam Atallah, Alexandre Marque and Mark Richardson.

Céline Maironi-Persin was admitted to the Lyon Bar in 1994 and earned her degree in Anglo-American law at Paris X-Nanterre University, an LLM from Kent University and also qualified at the Public Sector Law Institute in Sceaux. She began her career with Arthur Andersen in 1993 and joined SJ Berwin when the Firm set up its Paris office in 2001.

Céline Maironi-Persin joined Franklin as an Associate in 2002 and was promoted to Of counsel in January 2006. Céline Maironi-Persin is active on behalf of domestic and global clients on a range of top level Corporate/M&A and private equity mandates.

Céline Maironi-Persin has also advised on a number of high profile restructurings for the account of private equity and listed company groups.
