Cyrille Rumen is a member of the Bank-Finance practice.
Cyrille advises French and international financial institutions, investment funds, institutional and private investors and asset management firms on financial structuring and debt restructuring issues. He has extensive finance experience in the real estate and renewable energy sectors from prominent international law firms and also advises clients on the legal structuring of their operations.
His expertise includes asset acquisition financing, asset construction financing, refinancing, portfolio restructuring and real estate investment vehicle (OPCI) financing.
