Jean-Pierre Delvigne’s practice focuses on renewable energies, environmental law and public sector law.
Jean-Pierre provides counsel and litigation representation to manufacturing groups, investment funds and banking groups on a broad range of public law, environmental law and renewable energy issues. He leverages his expertise in complex projects to assist clients at every stage (financing, incorporation/acquisition/disposal, operation, shutdown and/or site remediation). He also helps them anticipate and comply with the legal reforms to which he contributes as a member of various professional organizations and working groups. Jean-Pierre routinely provides training seminars on these issues.
