Franklin advises banking syndicate on Cabestan Capital selling its remaining stake in EuropNet

Andera Partners’ small caps team Cabestan Capital has sold its ownership interest in EuropNet, a building cleaning and maintenance services provider operating in the Paris area, to the group’s management, giving it full ownership of its capital less than five years after its spin-off from the Samsic group. The acquisition of Cabestan Capital’s stake was financed by a senior loan underwritten by a banking syndicate formed in 2014 and composed of LCL, Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France and Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.

The banking syndicate was advised by Franklin’s Banking & Finance partner Olivier Borenstejn, assisted by associate Fanny Chen.

Andera Partners was advised by Lamartine Conseil’s Vincent Libaud and Perrine Sauzay
