Franklin advises Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC in connection with the refinancing of Sonnedix’s portfolio of photovoltaic plants

FRANKLIN has advised Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, as Lender and Mandated Lead Arranger, in connection with the refinancing of a 32 MW portfolio of photovoltaic plants owned by Sonnedix in south west France, at a value of €28.5 million.

FRANKLIN’s Banking & Finance team was led by partner David Blondel, assisted by Of Counsel Cyrille Rumen and associate Charles Sechao.

Sonnedix, an independent power producer (IPP) specializing in the development, construction and operation of solar power plants worldwide, was advised by Linklaters (legal) and Wood (technical aspects).
