Vincent focuses guiding clients in general commercial litigation, debt collection, abrupt termination of long-standing business relationships, unfair competition, bankruptcy disputes, officers’ & directors’ liability and white-collar crime. He represents small- and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large French and global corporations across a variety of sectors and industries. Areas of particular strength include securities consulting, internet access and telecommunications services, toy distribution and textiles.
