Franklin advises Caisse d’Epargne Midi-Pyrénées, Caisse d’Epargne Loire Drôme Ardèche, Caisse d’Epargne d’Auvergne et du Limousin and NATIXIS on €28 million aggregate financing to REDEN SOLAR

Partner David Blondel, Of Counsel Jean-Pierre Delvigne, associate Thibault Mercier and legal consultant Anne-Solène Hardouin have advised Caisse d’Epargne Midi-Pyrénées (Arranger and Lender), Caisse d’Epargne Loire Drôme Ardèche (Lender), Caisse d’Epargne d’Auvergne et du Limousin (Lender) and NATIXIS (Hedging Bank), on providing a €28 million aggregate financing to REDEN SOLAR for the development of a portfolio of 12 solar power projects (mostly photovoltaic greenhouses) with 16.7 MW total capacity awarded in the French energy regulator’s fourth CRE tender.
