Franklin advises MVC Capital Inc. and RMLS Inc. on the sale of Centile Telecom Applications, Europe’s leading developer of unified communications for operators and integrators in the B2B sector, to VOIP Holdings GmbH, a Waterland Private Equity Fund VI C.V subsidiary.
MVC Capital Inc. is a business development company that trades on the NYSE and provides equity and debt investment capital to fund growth, acquisitions and recapitalizations of small and middle-market companies in a variety of industries.
Franklin’s team was composed of partners Mark Richardson and Céline Maironi Persin, of counsel Virginie Brault-Scaillet and associate Paul Ast, advising on M&A – corporate aspects, and partner Claire Fougea, assisted by associate Charles Mathieu, on employment aspects.
