Alexandre Marque assiste le imprese francesi ed internazionali, i fondi di investimento nonché le istituzioni finanziarie sulle operazioni di fusione, acquisizione, private equity e sui tie-ups commerciali, industriali e di capitale.
È un professionista affermato nel campo delle cartolarizzazioni e dei regolamenti di borsa applicati alle offerte pubbliche di acquisto, alle offerte pubbliche ed agli investimenti privati.
Alexandre Marque possiede un’esperienza estensiva sulle operazioni di privatizzazione di entità pubbliche avendo consigliato a tal fine il Governo francese, degli investitori privati ovvero le stesse entità in questione.
Ha co-fondato Franklin nel 2000 e, avendo assistito il gruppo Altice sin dai suoi albori, ha assunto, nel 2015, il ruolo di Global General Counsel in tale azienda. Nel 2020, Alexandre ha riabbracciato Franklin in qualità di socio.
