Alexandres Haupttätigkeiten sind Deals in den Bereichen M&A, Beteiligungskapital und kapitalintensive, industrielle und kommerzielle Partnerschaften im Namen französischer und ausländischer Konzerne, Investmentfonds und Finanzinstitutionen.

In dieser Eigenschaft ist er spezialisiert auf das Wertpapierrecht und die Börsenvorschriften im Zusammenhang mit Übernahmeangeboten, öffentlichen Zeichnungsangeboten und privaten Geldanlagen.

Alexandre war auch an einer Vielzahl von Privatisierungsvorgängen beteiligt, sowohl im Auftrag des Staates oder der betroffenen öffentlichen Unternehmen als auch als Berater privater Investoren.

Nach der Mitbegründung von Franklin im Jahr 2000 kam Alexandre 2015 als General Counsel World zur Altice Group, deren Anwalt er von Beginn an war. 2020 ist Alexandre wieder als Partner bei Franklin tätig.
