Wir beraten Sie im Hinblick auf alle Aspekte der Capital Investment-Transaktionen (einschließlich ihrer rechtlichen und steuerlichen Strukturierung und ihrer Finanzierung) in börsennotierten oder nicht börsennotierten Gesellschaften, bezüglich aller Arten von Transaktionen, gleichermaßen bei Erwerb wie auch Veräußerung, mit oder ohne Hebelwirkung, und während des gesamten Investitionszyklus. Wir unterstützen sowohl französische und ausländische Investmentfonds, als auch Industriekonzerne und Unternehmen, Verkäufer oder Zielobjekte, sowie die Aktionäre oder Geschäftsführer, insbesondere in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams in den Bereichen Finanzierung und Vermögens- und Unternehmensbesteuerung.
