Lionel Lesur ist Mitglied unseres Corporate-M&A-/Private-Equity-Teams und leitet unser Wettbewerbsteam. Er ist Rechtsanwalt an den Anwaltskammern in Paris und Rom und leitet auch unseren Italien Desk.

Lionel berät französische und internationale Unternehmen aus vielerlei Branchen, vor allem Gesundheitswesen und Luxusgüter, sowie Investmentfonds und Topmanager. Seine Erfahrung umfasst die Verhandlung von Unternehmenszusammenschlüssen in allen Formen (M & A, LBOs, Joint Ventures, Minderheitsbeteiligungen usw.) und komplexen Handelsverträgen sowie die Unterstützung ausländischer Betreiber, die sich in Frankreich niederlassen und strategisch weiterentwickeln wollen.

Lionel verfügt auch über beträchtliche Erfahrung im Wettbewerbsrecht, insbesondere im Bereich Mehrfachanmeldungen und Kartellverfahren sowie im Missbrauch einer marktbeherrschenden Stellung, sowohl auf französischer als auch auf europäischer Ebene. Schließlich berät Lionel auch bei privater Durchsetzung, Vertriebsrecht und der Einhaltung von Wettbewerbsvorschriften sowie ausländische Zuschüsse.

Er lehrt regelmäßig an den Universitäten Aix-Marseille und Paris II Panthéon-Assas sowie an der HEC und ESCP, sowohl im Bereich M & A als auch im Wettbewerbsrecht.
