Wir begleiten französische und ausländische Unternehmen hinsichtlich arbeitsrechtlicher Problematiken im Rahmen von Unternehmensentwicklung und insbesondere bei Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen, M&A, Konsultationen der Arbeitnehmervertretungen, Tarifverhandlungen und bei Ausscheiden von Führungskräften und Geschäftsführern. Im Tagesgeschäft beraten wir beraten sie zudem bei Fragen zur Personalverwaltung und zu arbeitsrechtlichen Beziehungen. Wir arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen Corporate, M&A und Wettbewerb zusammen und erhalten bei unseren grenzübergreifenden Transaktionen die Unterstützung der besten Anwaltskanzleien im Ausland. Wir vertreten die Mandanten vor allen Gerichtsbarkeiten, einschließlich der Strafgerichte.
