Myriam bringt ihre Erfahrung in die rechtlichen Aspekte des Personalwesens ein, sowohl in der Beratung als auch bei Streitsachen, und begleitet Manager tagtäglich, von KMU bis hin zu internationalen Konzernen, bei allen individuellen (Verhandlung von Arbeitsvertragsdokumentationen, Entlassungen, Management von Belästigungs-/Diskriminierungssituationen am Arbeitsplatz, Entsendung/Expatriierung) und kollektiven Aspekten der Arbeitsbeziehungen (Restrukturierungen, Aushandlung von Tarifverträgen, DSGVO, usw.). Darüber hinaus verfügt sie über Fachkompetenz im Bereich ergänzende Vergütungspläne / Arbeitnehmer-Incentives, Aktienbeteiligungs- und Arbeitnehmersparpläne sowie im Sozialschutz (Pläne für Zusatzversicherungen / Vorsorgesysteme / Ruhestand).
Sie verwaltet die sozialen Dimensionen der Unternehmenstätigkeiten in einem nationalen und transnationalen Rahmen, insbesondere LBO-, IPO-, Fusions-, Abspaltungs- oder Konzentrationsdeals und die Aushandlung von Eintritts- und/oder Austrittspaketen für Manager.
Myriam ist Mitglied der American Bar Association, der EELA, der AFJE und des Master 2 DPRT (Assas/Montpellier) und hat an der Universität Paris-Dauphine gelehrt.
