Myriam de Gaudusson dirige il nostro dipartimento lavoro.

Myriam si occupa di problematiche relative alle transazioni ed al contenzioso in materia di HR. Assiste datori di lavoro di ogni taglia, dalle PMI alle grandi imprese internazionali, nonché i vertici aziendali e gli alti funzionari aziendali sull’insieme degli aspetti del rapporto di lavoro individuale (contratti di lavoro contenenti specifiche clausole, strategie per interrompere il rapporto di lavoro del dipendente, distacchi/incarichi internazionali) ma anche delle relazioni collettive (ristrutturazioni d’impresa/piani di ridimensionamento, consultazioni con gli organi di rappresentanza dei lavoratori, negoziazione degli accordi collettivi, RGPD). Possiede una vasta esperienza sulle problematiche relative alle molestie ovvero alle discriminazioni sul luogo di lavoro, per le quali si rendono necessarie delle investigazioni interne, e sulle problematiche di conformità normativa o di whistleblowing.

Fornisce assistenza, su base quotidiana, per quanto concerne gli aspetti giuslavoristici delle operazioni societarie domestiche ed internazionali, quali le operazioni di LBOs, IPOs, M&A, e sulla negoziazione dei pacchetti di uscita ovvero benvenuto dei vertici aziendali.

Possiede inoltre una vasta esperienza in materia di piani d’incentivazione, pacchetti per la dirigenza, piani azionari per i dipendenti ovvero per la loro partecipazione agli utili, nonché in materia di programmi di benvenuto, di welfare ovvero di pensionamento dei dipendenti.

Myriam è membro dell’American Bar Association, dell’EELA, della AFJE et del Master 2 DPRT (Assas/Montpellier) ed ha dispensato dei corsi universitari presso l’Università Paris Dauphine (International MBA Section).
