Lionel Lesur
Lionel assiste prevalentemente aziende internazionali e fondi d’investimento, appartenenti ad un’ampia varietà di settori ed industrie, tra cui quello farmaceutico, del lusso, della tecnologia, dei beni di consumo e del cibo e bevande.
Ha maturato una significativa esperienza nella gestione e negoziazione di operazione di ogni tipo (fusioni, acquisizioni, LBOs, joint venture, investimenti di minoranza, etc.) e di contratti commerciali complessi. Si occupa spesso, peraltro, di assistere gruppi stranieri che intendono avviare e sviluppare strategicamente la propria attività in Francia.
Lionel ha anche una vasta esperienza nel diritto della concorrenza, in particolare in relazione a notifiche di fusioni multiple e a procedimenti per cartelli e abusi di posizione dominante, sia a livello francese che europeo. Lionel fornisce inoltre consulenza in materia di private enforcement, diritto della distribuzione, conformità al diritto della concorrenza, controllo degli investimenti esteri e sovvenzioni estere.
Svolge regolarmente incarichi di docenza universitaria presso le Università di Aix-Marseille, Paris II Panthéon-Assas e La Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Roma, nonché presso la business school ESCP, sia in materia di fusioni e acquisizioni che di diritto della concorrenza.
Prima di Franklin, è stato co-fondatore e socio della sede Parigina dello studio americano McDermott Will & Emery (2011–2020) e ha anche lavorato dallo studio inglese Herbert Smith a Parigi (2005–2011) e da Gianni Origoni & Grippo a Roma (2007-2008).
Lionel è membro dell’IBA, nell’ambito della quale ha co-creato la giornata francese-italiana nel 2011, e dell’AIJA.
