Specialista in appalti pubblici, diritto amministrativo e diritto ambientale, Cendrine Delivré è particolarmente nota per la sua consulenza su grandi progetti energetici (rinnovabili, idroelettrici), infrastrutturali e di trasporto (ferroviari, autostradali, aeroportuali e portuali) e minerari.
Cendrine assiste sviluppatori, industriali, fondi di investimento, istituzioni internazionali ed enti pubblici nella negoziazione e nella redazione di contratti infrastrutturali (concessioni, PPP) e di contratti energetici (contratti di acquisto di energia elettrica, PPA), nonché nel monitoraggio dell’esecuzione dei contratti e nella loro rinegoziazione. Assiste inoltre i clienti nella partecipazione a gare d’appalto pubbliche.
Cendrine ha lavorato in Francia, Europa e Africa per oltre 15 anni. Ha fornito consulenza per la strutturazione di grandi progetti in Francia e nell’Africa francofona e anglofona.
Cendrine ha conseguito un dottorato in finanza pubblica nel 2004 e dal 2006 è professore associato di diritto pubblico. Tiene numerose conferenze in Francia e all’estero sulla strutturazione dei progetti infrastrutturali. Cendrine è membro dell’International Law Association e dell’American Bar Association.
