Cendrine promovierte 2004 im Bereich öffentliche Finanzen und ist seit 2006 Professorin für öffentliches Recht (Professeur Agrégée de droit public). Sie hält zahlreiche Vorträge in Frankreich und im Ausland über die Strukturierung von Infrastrukturprojekten. Cendrine ist Mitglied der International Law Association und der American Bar Association.
