Numa assiste le imprese in difficoltà nella risoluzione delle loro difficoltà finanziarie, accompagnandole lungo le procedure concorsuali ovvero nella vendita della loro attività. L’opera di Numa comprende la definizione strategica e l’attuazione di complesse operazioni di ristrutturazione e acquisizione in fase pre-distressed e distressed. Rappresenta periodicamente delle imprese francesi ed internazionali in difficoltà, ovvero gli investitori potenziali che intendano espandersi tramite l’acquisizione di attività strategiche o di nuove linee di business. Parimenti, assicura la rappresentanza di gruppi di creditori ovvero dei vertici aziendali. Nell’ambito dei mandati conferitigli dai suoi clienti, è dotato di grandi abilità relazionali negli scambi con le autorità governative e locali.
Funge da segretario generale dell’associazione francese di comunicazione & media Observatoire Com Media e da presidente del consiglio di vigilanza dell’associazione studentesca dell’Università Paris Dauphine Association des Juristes du Parcours 122 de Paris-Dauphine.
