Numa Rengot
Numa unterstützt die Unternehmen bei der Vermeidung ihrer Schwierigkeiten, der Handhabung kollektiver Verfahren und deren Übermittlung. Numa ist an der strategischen Definition und Durchführung komplexer Restrukturierungen, Pre-Distressed- und Distressed-M&A-Transaktionen beteiligt. Er betreut französische oder ausländische Unternehmen oder Unternehmensgruppen in Schwierigkeiten, z.B. solche, die durch den Erwerb strategischer Geschäfte oder Geschäftsbereiche wachsen wollen (Distressed-M&A). Er vertritt auch Gläubigerklassen oder übernimmt die Verteidigung von Managern. Er zeichnet sich durch seine Vermittlungstätigkeit bei staatlichen Diensten und Gebietskörperschaften aus.
Er ist Generalsekretär des Observatoire Com Media und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates der Association des Juristes du Parcours 122 de Paris-Dauphine.
