Patrick co-dirige il nostro dipartimento Lavoro.

Patrick presta consiglio in favore di imprese francesi ed internazionali sull’insieme delle problematiche riscontrate in materia di relazioni sociali, giuslavoristica e di HR.

Assiste regolarmente i suoi clienti nella preparazione e nell’implementazione dei piani di ridimensionamento ovvero di ristrutturazione aziendale, nonché nella gestione delle problematiche con il personale nell’ambito delle acquisizioni, delle cessioni di rami d’azienda e delle fusioni che implichino società quotate in borsa ovvero società private.

Rappresenta i datori di lavoro nei contenziosi in materia giuslavoristica e delle relazioni sociali, incluse le azioni di classe e le azioni di opposizione ai piani di ridimensionamento.

Patrick è membro dell’American Bar Association, dell’International Bar Association e dell’European Employment Lawyers Association.
