Sandra Strittmatter
Sandra interviene sia in materia di consulenza che di contenzioso in materia di diritto della proprietà intellettuale (marchi, disegni e modelli, diritto d’autore, brevetti, varietà vegetali, nomi di dominio), nonché in materia di concorrenza sleale e parassitaria. Avendo rivestito diversi incarichi legali all’interno del Gruppo Pernod Ricard per cinque anni, è una professionista affermata sulle problematiche derivanti dall’applicazione della legge francese per la pubblicità di bevande alcoliche Evin. Inoltre, Sandra si occupa di casi relativi al diritto pubblicitario nonché ai diritti della personalità (quali il diritto all’immagine, il diritto alla privacy). La sua attività è per giunta incentrata sul settore del marketing digitale e dei contenuti digitali (influencer, collaborazioni artistiche, ecc.).
Di doppia nazionalità francese e tedesca, dalla forte cultura internazionale, gestisce il nostro German Desk facendo peraltro parte del nostro Italian Desk.
Sandra assiste gruppi industriali francesi e internazionali, in particolare nell’industria della moda e dei beni di lusso, dell’industria alimentare (in particolare vini e liquori), dei beni di consumo e dell’alta tecnologia
Sandra ha ricoperto il ruolo di tesoriere dell’APRAM (Associazione francese dei professionisti nel settore del diritto dei marchi e dei modelli) dal 2015 al 2019, sedendo nel consiglio di amministrazione dal 2013 al 2018. È membro dell’INTA (International Trademark Association), della sezione francese dell’AIPPI (Associazione internazionale per la protezione della proprietà industriale), nonché del GRUR (Associazione tedesca per la protezione della proprietà intellettuale).
