Sandra Strittmatter
Sandra kümmert sich um Beratung und Streitsachen in Bezug auf geistiges Eigentum und gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (Marken, Geschmacksmuster, Urheberrechte, Patente, Sortenschutz, Domainnamen) sowie auf unlauteren und parasitären Wettbewerb. Dank ihrer fünfjährigen juristischen Tätigkeit innerhalb der Gruppe Pernod Ricard hat sie sich besonderes Expertenwissen in Bezug auf das französische Alkohol- und Tabakgesetz Loi Evin erarbeitet. Sandra verwaltet außerdem Werberechts- und Persönlichkeitsrechtsfälle (Bildnisrecht, Recht auf Privatsphäre). Sie ist auch im Bereich des digitalen Marketings und der digitalen Inhalte tätig (Influencers, künstlerische Zusammenarbeit usw.).
Als Deutsch-Französin mit einer internationalen Kultur leitet sie auch unseren German Desk und ist Mitglied unseres Italian Desks.
Sandra steht französischen und ausländischen industriellen Unternehmensgruppen zur Seite, hauptsächlich in der Mode- und Luxusgüterindustrie, Lebensmitteldustrie (vor allem Wein und Spirituosen), Konsumgüterindustrie und Hightech Industrie.
Sie war von 2015-2019 Schatzmeisterin von APRAM (Französische Vereinigung der Rechtsanwälte für Marken und Modelle) und von 2013-2018 Mitglied im Verwaltungsrat der Vereinigung. Sie ist ebenfalls Mitglied der INTA (International Trademark Association), der französischen Gruppe der AIPPI (Internationale Vereinigung für den Schutz des Geistigen Eigentums) und des GRUR (Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht).
