David Robine
A renowned academic and experienced practitioner, Professor David Robine works primarily in restructuring, a field in which he is considered a leading authority in France. His scientific expertise and thorough understanding of the legal and economic challenges faced by companies in difficulty provide crucial technical support to the firm’s teams and are a strategic asset in assisting clients.
A professor of private law at the University of Bordeaux and a member of the Paris Bar, David Robine is the author or co-author of several major works, including the Précis Dalloz Droit des entreprises en difficulté (Dalloz Summary of Law on Companies in Difficulty) and the Précis Dalloz Droit financier (Dalloz Summary of Financial Law). He is also the author of numerous scientific publications that are considered authoritative in his areas of expertise.
He co-directs the Master’s program in Business Law and Taxation – DJCE at the University of Bordeaux, where he actively contributes to the training of future business law practitioners. He is also a member of the European Association for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF).
