INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: REAL ESTATE – JANUARY 2025 (6 MONTHS)
You will assist the department’s partners and associates, carrying out in-depth legal research and drafting all or part of memoranda, consultations, deeds or contracts. As our team is also very active in litigation, you will be involved in drafting summonses and pleadings before the relevant courts. As a fully-fledged member of the team, you will be involved in preparing files and advising our clients on all aspects of real estate law. Where possible, you will be able to follow files through to completion.
Profile :
Master’s degree in real estate law / urban planning / construction

Appreciate final internship in a law school (alternance possible)
INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: CORPORATE M&A – PRIVATE EQUITY – JANUARY 2025 (6 MONTHS)
Our Corporate – M&A department is offering an internship from January to June 2025. You will assist the partners and associates and carry out various legal tasks (legal research, file analysis, legal audit, drafting of deeds, etc.).
Profile:
Master’s degree in Law / Business school Double degree or LLM preferred
Final internship in law school appreciated
