Our German Desk advises its clients from German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, German-speaking Switzerland) or French subsidiaries of German-speaking groups, in their cross-border operations and activities in France.
Our Italian Desk is led by partner Lionel Lesur, who is licensed to practice in Paris and Rome, where he practiced for over a year at a major Italian law firm.
We assist Italian businesses or their French subsidiaries with their cross-border transactions and French operations.
