Pierre François specialises in the healthcare, payment services and asset management sectors, as well as digital infrastructure. He advises several major players in the healthcare services sector, as well as data centre operators, on their growth transactions, whether these take the form of majority acquisitions, joint ventures or equity investments.
His arrival strengthens the expertise of the firm’s Corporate-M&A department, whilst complementing Franklin’s activities in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and digital infrastructure sectors. The firm intends to accelerate its development in the strategic data centre sector, working in synergy with the Real Estate, Public Law, IT and Data & Cyber teams.
