Jérôme Michel leitet unsere Kompetenzbereiche Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht – Regulierte Aktivitäten und Energie.

Jérôme Michel berät öffentliche und private Unternehmen in Bezug auf Verträge und Märkte, allgemeines öffentliches Recht und Prozessführung vor Verwaltungsgerichten und -behörden. Er betreut zahlreiche wettbewerbsrechtliche Angelegenheiten, sowie Veräußerungen von staatlichen Beteiligungen und Privatisierungen. Er hat eine spezifische Expertise hinsichtlich der regulierten Aktivitäten und insbesondere in den Bereichen Telekommunikation und Energievorhaben entwickelt.

Im Energiebereich berät Jérôme seit über fünfundzwanzig Jahren Unternehmen und öffentliche Personen bei Stromerzeugungsprojekten (PPA und IPP), Projekten mit Konzessionscharakter (BOT und Ähnliches), insbesondere im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.

Darüber hinaus hat Jérôme zahlreiche Regierungen und Unternehmen (in Frankreich, Europa, Afrika und Lateinamerika) bei Projekten, Privatisierungen, Abtretungen oder Konzessionen von öffentlichen Vermögenswerten sowie bei der Ausarbeitung von Gesetzen und deren Anwendungstexten beraten.
