Arnaud Moussatoff
Arnaud Moussatoff works in our Restructuring – Corporate Recovery – Distressed M&A department.
Arnaud specialises in industrial and financial restructuring transactions, both in an amicable framework (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) and in judicial proceedings (safeguard and judicial reorganisation proceedings).
He assists underperforming companies in their negotiations with shareholders, lenders and other partners, and advises executives on defining the legal and financial strategy for emerging from a crisis.
He also represents investors in distressed M&A transactions, with particular expertise in fiduciary arrangements, and is involved in cross-border restructurings, defending creditors’ interests against insolvent debtors, and litigation relating to the law governing companies in financial difficulty.
