Fanny Attal works in the Restructuring – Corporate Recovery – Distressed M&A department.
Fanny Attal advises companies in financial difficulty, as well as financial shareholders and investors, on matters relating to financial or operational restructuring. She can assist with either out-of-court or court proceedings. She also handles mediation and litigation arising from crisis situations, and represents company directors.
