Philippe Tesson works in the Corporate – M&A and Private Equity departments.
Philippe Tesson advises on mergers and acquisitions involving listed and unlisted companies, as well as on joint ventures and corporate reorganizations and restructuring transactions. He assists companies, shareholders and investors at every stage of their strategic transactions.
He also has extensive expertise in securities law, particularly in public tender offers, corporate governance matters, sensitive market situations and the management of issuers’ periodic and ongoing disclosure obligations.
