MTB 111 has grown by positioning itself through its expertise in cutting-edge IT systems and software consultancy, particularly in relation to the updating of obsolete software and applications.
By judgment of 10 September 2024, the court opened the receivership of MTB 111.
On 12 February 2025, the Nanterre Commercial Court approved the takeover plan presented by Creative Core Business (300 employees, €21 million turnover), which will allow 75 of the 84 employees to keep their jobs.
MBT111 is supported by
- Franklin with a team composed of Numa Rengot, partner, and Margaux Chaumien, associate, for restructuring aspects, and Myriam de Gaudusson, partner, for labour law aspects,
- Phillipe Hedde (H-Advice) for strategy,
- Sylvain Boulaire (Alabara) for the financial aspects.
