Franklin advises Paref on its acquisition of a portfolio of 27 retail assets from Meyer Bergman.
Paref Gestion has just acquired from Meyer Bergman, on behalf of SCPI Novapierre 1, a portfolio of 27 retail assets comprising 51,408 square meters across France, for a total amount of €94 million.
With this acquisition, SCPI Novapierre 1 now manages over €250 million worth of assets, a 60 percent increase from the end of 2018. The acquisition was partly financed with a bank loan from HSBC, which maintained and adapted existing financing to provide a leverage effect in line with the fund’s long-term strategy.
