Jérémy conseille des clients institutionnels, français et étrangers, à tous les stades de leurs projets immobiliers en France : transactions (ventes d’immeubles ou de sociétés détenant des actifs immobiliers, partenariats, externalisations, opérations de sale & lease-back, etc), construction ou restructuration d’ensemble immobiliers (baux et ventes en l’état futur d’achèvement, contrats de promotion immobilière, etc), gestion locative (baux commerciaux, mandats de commercialisation, etc) et ce, sur tous types d’actifs immobiliers (bureaux, commerces, entrepôts, messageries, locaux industriels, etc).
