Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Ms Attal advises distressed companies, financial shareholders and investors on financial and operational restructuring in amicable and judicial proceedings. She also acts in mediations and litigation relating to crisis situations and defends company directors.
She has notably been involved in several high-profile cases, including rescuing the Lise Charmel Group through administration proceedings, advising Orléans Métropole and the Centre-Val de Loire Region on acquiring the Brandt Group’s assets to support a French industrial project and supporting the GTE Automotive Group in relaunching its subsidiary Durisotti.
Fanny Attal is a graduate of HEC Paris (Specialised Master’s in International Law and Management) and the University of Toulouse (Master II in Business and Corporate Law – DJCE).
She joined Franklin in 2020 and is a member of the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR).
