Franklin advises Domecco (Batigroupe) on acquiring CSTP
Franklin’s Restructuring practice has advised Batigroupe company Domecco on continuing to roll out its growth strategy by acquiring CSTP, a company in reorganization since February 3, 2020.
Founded in 2014, Domecco is an independent company providing home building, improvement and performance solutions.
On November 12, 2021, the Commercial Court of Le Havre approved the bid submitted by Domecco for CSTP’s assets and staff, saving 35 jobs.
After having branched out into training with the acquisition of COLDEFY FORMATION and I.P.F.A.C. on March 25, and I.P.C. on April 13, 2021, the group is pursuing this new acquisition to build up its existing operations and expand its local presence.
Domecco is advised by Franklin partner Numa Rengot, assisted by associate Pierre Dupuys. Aton Partners advises Domecco on financial aspects.
