Jérémy advises French and foreign institutional clients at all stages of their real estate projects in France: transactions (sales of buildings or companies holding real estate assets, partnerships, outsourcing, sale & lease-back operations, etc.), construction or restructuring of real estate complexes (leases and sales in the future state of completion, real estate development contracts, etc.), rental management (commercial leases, marketing mandates, etc.) and this, on all types of real estate assets (offices, shops, warehouses, courier services, industrial premises, etc.).
