Franklin advised La Maison Fourgeot on the acquisition of WITO, a general contractor specialising in the high-end renovation of apartments, offices, and retail premises in Paris and its inner suburbs.
On 21 November 2024, the Paris Commercial Court approved La Maison Fourgeot’s takeover plan, which will preserve most jobs and allow ongoing projects to continue.
La Maison Fourgeot is advised by Franklin, whose team comprises Arnaud Pédron (partner), Fanny Attal and Marouan Fawzi (associates) for restructuring matters.
WITO is advised by ARCHERS (Fabrice Patrizio and Camille Chip).
