Franklin advises TAS International on the sale of TAS Cloud Services to Evolem and ARD COM

Franklin acted as advisor to TAS International in connection with the sale of TAS Cloud Services, a recognised player in the hosting and managed services for critical systems based in Sophia-Antipolis, to a group comprising Evolem and ARD COM.

This transaction enables Evolem to consolidate its ‘Hosting/Cloud/Digital Infrastructure Services’ division, in line with its ambition to build a sovereign, reliable and resilient European digital ecosystem serving SMEs and mid-cap companies.

Already a partner of ARD COM since March 2025, Evolem now welcomes the TAS Cloud Services teams, strengthening its territorial network in the Lille-Paris-Lyon-PACA region and enriching its service offering through the synergy of expertise.

TAS International is advised by Franklin with a team led by Lionel Lesur, partner, assisted by Josselin Nony-Davadie, Of Counsel, and Paul Najm, lawyer, on corporate matters.
