Franklin advised Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset management group, on the sale of Brown Europe, a specialist in high-performance alloy wire drawing for the aerospace industry, to Tinicum Group, a manufacturer of titanium, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys and other special alloys. Franklin had previously advised Tikehau Capital on its acquisition of Brown Europe in June 2021.
