On 27 February 2015, Vivendi has decided to accept the offer from Altice and Numericable-SFR on the acquisition of 20% in Numericable-SFR, for a total amount of roughly 3,9 billions.
Half of this acquisition will be done by Numericable-SFR, within the framework of a buy-outs program, and the other part by Altice.
