Guillaume de Rancourt intervient au sein du département Résolution des Litiges, couvrant le contentieux, l’arbitrage et les enquêtes internes.

Fort d’une double culture juridique franco-américaine et de plus de vingt ans d’expérience à Paris et à New York, Guillaume accompagne ses clients dans le cadre de contentieux et d’arbitrages complexes. Il bénéficie également d’une expertise reconnue en matière d’enquêtes internes et de conformité, notamment dans la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent, le financement du terrorisme, la corruption et les sanctions internationales.

Guillaume accompagne par ailleurs des groupes multinationaux dans la mise en place de dispositifs de conformité et de gouvernance adaptés aux exigences de multiples juridictions. Il les conseille tant sur les mesures préventives que sur la gestion de crise et les enjeux stratégiques globaux.
