Franklin is advising the Dutch industrial group Cyklop on its acquisition of France Feuillard.

Franklin advised the Dutch industrial group Cyklop on the acquisition of France Feuillard’s entire share capital from a consortium of family shareholders and an Italian industrial group.

Founded in 1976 and based in Elne in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France, France Feuillard manufactures and supplies industrial strapping solutions, including tools, accessories, and complete strapping systems for industrial packaging applications. It also operates a polypropylene (PP) strapping production facility and offers a range of semi-automatic and automatic strapping machines for professional customers.

Cyklop, founded in 1912, is a global player in comprehensive packaging solutions, headquartered in the Netherlands. Employing over 1,200 people across 27 countries, the group offers a broad portfolio of packaging machinery and consumables, including coding and marking, case packing, banding, strapping and packaging solutions. This acquisition strengthens Cyklop’s presence in the French market and enables it to expand its product offering to customers in France.
