Franklin has once again collaborated with the Italian law firm Gianni & Origoni to support Mech-I-Tronic, a leading Italian company in the European mechatronics industry, in its expansion in France. Following its acquisition of the Neyret Group last summer, Mech-I-Tronic has continued to develop in France by acquiring the French groups Ermo and SMP. These companies are leaders in the design and production of high-precision injection moulds, particularly for the pharmaceutical and beauty sectors.
