Founded in January 2020, Franklin’s restructuring practice has made a lasting name for itself in the French corporate restructuring market. Led by partner Numa Rengot and partner Arnaud Pédron, who joined in late 2020, and composed of four associates (Pierre Dupuys, Fanny Attal, Emilie Gassier and Marouan Fawzi), the team has been taking on major engagements assisting distressed businesses and potential buyers in cases related, in particular, to the energy crisis. Known for its track record of assisting buyers in distressed M&A deals, it has also advised debtors in several out-of-court settlement cases.
